Returns

Refunds have never been easier! All we kindly ask on your part is to follow these three simple steps: 

  • Submit a return request within 60 days after you've received your order. Unsure how to do that? No worries! Contact us at info.hemorijewelry@gmail.com and we'll take care of the rest! 💖

  • When shipping back your item please make sure it's in its original packaging! However, don't worry about returning the Mystery Gift 💥 inside... that is yours to keep!  

  • Once the return request has been accepted, or you've made contact with us, we’ll send you a return shipping label (never worry about shipping or return fees, it's always on us!), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return or contacting us will not be accepted!

Damages, Exchanges, and Errors

If you received a damaged/defective item, the wrong item, or have encountered any other error with your order, please contact us immediately at info.hemorijewelry@gmail.com so we may walk you through the return process and resolve the issue 💖

Refund Processing Time 

Once we’ve received and approved your return, you'll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that the processing times associated with your bank/credit card company will vary. However, if more than 15 business days have passed from the approval date of the return, please get in touch with us at info.hemorijewelry@gmail.com
